All tours begin in the particular area that is being featured the capital of Bermuda, the City of Hamilton. When you purchase tickets online, you will receive your tickets along with the exact meeting spot along with recommendations for parking.

You can purchase tickets online or call our ticketing office at (000) 000-0000.Tickets must be purchased in advance. We often sell out quickly. Please check out our tour schedule and availability so you don’t get caught last minute without any tickets.

Once purchased, tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Your space is guaranteed on the tour. No partial credits or rescheduling is allowed for partial attendance, no-shows, or late arrivals. It is your responsibility to show up at the specified location at the scheduled time. Your tour will commence promptly as scheduled, rain or shine.

It is very easy to get to our tour from the cruise ship.Most cruise ships dock in the Dockyard.  The Bermuda ferry dock is right next to the cruise ships. This 25-minute ferry ride will bring you into Hamilton, where the food tour takes place. From where the ferry docks in Hamilton, you can see the meeting spot for the walking tour directly across Front Street, across the road from the Hamilton Ferry Terminal. Tickets for Bermuda’s transportation water ferry can be purchased right off the cruise ship near the ferry dock. If your cruise ship docks in Hamilton, the cruise ship arrivals terminal is right across the street from the walking tour meeting point, walk past #1 Car Park, on the waterside of Front Street, walk down to the Hamilton Ferry Terminal and cross the road (Front Street) at the traffic lights, turn right and about 20seconds later you will be in front of Waterfront MAN, the meeting place for Bermuda, Bites, Sights and Stories.·       PLEASE be advised….Tickets must be purchased in advance as we only have 12 guests on each tour and do not accommodate walk-up traffic. Please be sure to let us know if you (or anyone in your group) has a dietary restriction (e.g. vegetarian, diabetic, allergy, etc.) when you purchase your tickets. As long as we know in advance, we can accommodate your needs.

Your tour guides will work hard to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Although it is not mandatory, a tip or gratuity at the end of the tour is greatly appreciated and a great way to thank your tour guide.

Yes, bathrooms are available throughout the tour, just ask your Tour Guide and they will assist and direct you accordingly.
